Hi-Rail FWD dump truck #675 at Binghamton N.Y. on 07-21-1973. Looks like it was possible to mount a crane on the chassis with that split cab allowing room for the boom to sit low. Howard Kent Jr.

Seen for sale on Ebay. This truck is similar to ones purchased for the USCG.

Advertised on Ritchie's site as a 57 model, this was originally a US Air Force fuel truck. The old AF registration number shows that it was purchased in 1958. FWD used the "BUDD" cab also used by Ford, Mack and others.

I lifted this shot from the web but I think it's one of Joe Wanchura's slides from 1972. FWD "ForWarDmover"

Found on the web long ago. FWD with "Comfo-Cab" as used by IH and others.

1970's FWD. This truck uses the IH cab same as IH Paystar 5000.
