Jack has been away for 3 days on a feline wander. He’s now back and rather thin. So feed up time. Walt is now happy again he was missing Jack, even though he gets more food when Jack’s away.

There is so much fun taking pictures in front of The Bean ... it's like playing with a distorted mirror !
The Bean wasn't polished for me that day lol ... and this is how my car looked after morning mist ...

10 minutes into today's walk I had a close encounter with a young Brown Hare that didn't see me stood in the middle of the path it was taking until it was 6 feet away from me!
This shot is taken an instant before it turned and shot back up the hill at 100 mph.
With a spoonful of sugarwater I tried to save this bumblebee and it helped, a while later it could fly away!

Orthetrum sabina, the Slender Skimmer or Green Marsh Hawk, is a species of dragonfly in the family Libellulidae. It is widespread, being found from south-eastern Europe and North Africa to Japan and south to Australia and Micronesia
The male Muller's Barbet was only about 1.5 meters above me and did not show any of insecurity at all for my shooting. Nice bird!
The passing clouds were a welcome solace from the blazing afternoon sun but when thereâs an hours walk to the nearest cover, you really hope those clouds remain friendly.
They curiously look at the hiker, who has entered their „empire“ on Alp Muot Selvas (2,070 m) in Val Fex, Grisons, Switzerland.
