265/365. First crocus of the year!! It was supposed to be beautiful today, so we went for a morning eagle walk… and it was a bit more blustery and chilly than we bargained for, but was undeniably gorgeous to look at. So sunny and bright blue skies, and we had amazing sightings of all the major birds: a long hang-out with the kingfisher, both eagles putting on a show (and reports of an eaglet in the nest!), the swans waggling their butts in the air, the unimpressed heron watching them, and red-tailed hawks wheeling in the sunshine. Then we had an indulgent day of Bucilla OwlCon and major Stardewing (Chiploaf got his farm super-tidy to kick off spring). And in major news, we heard from GG Allin that Berwick is ours!!!

35/365. It was such a Monet Monday. Just a draggy blah. But then we had our session with Cheryl followed by backyard deck pizza night in the Summer Room, so that was much better. We sampled some Shaker & Spoon cocktails, read some Tarot about the kitten situation, and Maybin was able to join us at the table.
