Trawling through some old-ish negs. On a very dull day in January 1995, Leeds City Square presents pretty much the same appearance as it has done for the previous 25 years. Since then, however, the Post Office building (left) has ceased to be a post office any more, the Norwich Union building (middle) has been demolished as has the building to its right, and replaced with new office blocks. The square has been remodelled so that the island in the middle is no longer an island, and the footbridge in front of the Norwich Union building has been removed.
Shot on a Canon AE-1 Program with a Canon nFD 50mm f1.4 lens and Ilford FP4 Plus film developed in Rodinal Special.
Ilford FP4, not plus so it must be before 1995, rated at ISO80, hand loaded from the spool.

just a couple more scans from a roll of ilford FP4. don't think i'll ever run another roll of this film stock, since i love fuji acros 100 so much now. : )
tones are fairly flat, not a very good DMAX in my opinion. but i also chose to try using tmax developer, which is more contrasty and slightly higher grain structure. not a good match IMHO.
cheers.
