Was working on a creative piece for this years La Crosse Area Camera Club. The angel statute was photographed by me at Our Lady of Hope Shrine near Green Bay. The creative license has been greatly expanded and I am pushing the limit here with removing background and inserting elements. Called Floral Garden Angel. Enjoy!
I had alot of fun coming up with this week's #Macro Monday submission for #On A Coin. 2nd attempt....pushed the rules a little on my last shot.....

Passing through Happisburgh (Haysbro) today I made a short visit to the church.
A floral display, one of many recently commemorating armed forces members who have died in the line of duty. "Remembrance Day"
I would never shoot and post so many florals, but promised my dear friend Debra (Rose) Lynch to send her one a day everyday, back in March. We have never met face to face but began chatting on F.A.A. a sales based art sight, and have been talking nightly via email ever since. I had the idea that we co-work together, and has been so much fun, although she often vexes me (lovingly) with too many versions of the same image. I have tried to post the "best" of our work here, and have an album titled "Best Of DRL And LN Co-Art" I have been bugging her to join here on flickr so fresh eyes can see her work, where one can carve out a decent home. Thank you to all that appreciate our combined work---is all we are able to do together.

Macro Mondays theme "Mesh"
For this week Macro Mondays theme: “Mesh” I used a floral ribbon that I bought a while back. The ribbon itself is 2” wide and the flowers 1.5”. To get the level of details I was looking for, I had to use some extension tubes with my macro lens.
I wish you all a wonderful Monday!
Thank you everyone for your visits, faves, and kind comments

Agave americana, common names century plant,[5] maguey, or American aloe, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asparagaceae, native to Mexico and the United States in Texas. It is cultivated worldwide as an ornamental plant, and has been naturalized in many regions, including parts of the West Indies, South America, Mediterranean Basin, Africa, Canary Islands, India, China, Thailand, and Australia.
Despite the common name "American aloe", it is not in the same family as aloe, though it is in the same order, Asparagales.
The 18,000 sq m (almost 200,000 sq ft) of the inner courtyard of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi is a wonder to behold; it is the largest example of marble mosaic in the world. Designed by British artist Kevin Dean, it features floral designs in marble of flowers found in the Middle East – mostly irises, tulips, lilies and roses, made from the 30 colours that can be found in natural marble, all on a gleaming which background of Macedonian marble that reflect the surrounding arches.
