When trying to find the source of stench of a decaying animal of some sort, I saw a garage door slightly opened. I did not want to open the door. I didn't know what I would find. The unknown is much more scarier than the known. It was still rather creepy. I still don't know where the stench is coming from.
Fleetwood (England) - The town expanded greatly in the first half of the 20th century with the growth of the UK fishing industry, and passenger ferries to the Isle of Man to become a deep-sea fishing port.
Decline of the fishing industry began in the 1960s, hastened by the Cod Wars with Iceland, though fish processing is still a major economic activity in Fleetwood. The town's most notable employer today is Lofthouse of Fleetwood, manufacturer of the lozenge Fisherman's Friend which is exported around the world. (Wiki)

Fleetwood lifeboat station has been at the heart of the town, since 1859. There have been six different lifeboat stations, sited in various places, but all near the present station opposite the North Euston Hotel. The current building, shared with HM Coastguard, was opened in 2006.
