Francisco Vela Vega suffers from Cerebral Palsy. He spent two hours visiting with four different dogs, but he chose this one, Marilyn, as his favorite. She was very gentle with him, and he got to practice his motor, communication skills, and he received a bolster to his self-esteem!

Freedom Convoy 2022 as it passed through Rostraver Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania on March 4, 2022. The convoy was on its way to Washiington D.C. to protest mask mandates.
This MCW Metrorider, LGK-392, was advertised for sale on a Hungarian site in 2010. I have a report (but no source) that there was one in Hungary registered FJB-933. Could be the same one of course.
This one probably originated in the Netherlands.

" Der Verband galt der Führung der DDR als politisch besonders zuverlässig. Während der Montagsdemonstrationen im Zuge der Wende wurde er neben weiteren ausgewählten Einheiten der NVA in erhöhter Bereitschaft gehalten. Hierzu wurden, einige Tage vor der angekündigten Montagsdemonstration, mehrere hundert Fallschirmjäger des LstR-40, in Leipzig, in einer für diesen Einsatz zur Verfügung gestellten Kaserne, untergebracht. Dies erfolgte nachts und unter strengster Geheimhaltung. Hier wurden zusätzlich Taktiken und Techniken des Auflösens einer Demonstration, unter Anleitung der sonst hierfür zuständigen Organe, ausgiebig trainiert. Der Verband sollte Polizei und bereitgestellte MfS-Sondereinheiten der Hauptabteilung XXII (Antiterror) verstärken und den Widerstand der Bevölkerung niederkämpfen. Der Einsatzbefehl wurde jedoch nicht erteilt.[7]"

Introduced in 2007 at the Frankfurt Motorshow as a compact crossover vehicle, and built on the PQ46 platform of the B6 Generation Volkswagen Passat All first generation (5N) Tiguans featured two row seating and transverse mounted four-cylinder engines.
The Tiguan was facelifted in July 2011. The headlights were made bolder and more angular, and the prominent horizontal grille bars of the Golf and new Passat were incorporated, as were the angular lines in the two part rear light clusters. Performance was also enhanced. The trim was revised, and a three spoke steering wheel introduced.

I just caught sight of this double-decker camper across an Iowa field out of the corner of my eye and managed to get off a picture before we passed. Somebody stacked a shed on top of an old camper shell. I can't imagine why. It might be a hunting blind, or it might be a refuge for some farmer to stash all his liquor when he's hiding from his wife. It seems like you could just build an independent structure as easily as you could do this -- how did he even lift the shed up there? -- and you wouldn't have to worry about the structural integrity of the wooden posts you've got it all sitting on during the wind storm.
I didn't notice until I got the picture on Photoshop just now that the trailer portion of this architectural wonder has "FJB!" painted on it in the same font as this trailer I saw parked in a field on a trip through Iowa last year. I didn't realize at the time that this was the same field, and the farmer guy was indulging his same political trolling instincts. (See? They're all just trolls.) This is about the level of craftsmanship you can expect from MAGA man.
Editor's Note: I don't know if I'm going to keep up the political commentary as I move through this trip, but I'm in a mood, and we're in a moment, so I might.

This bright blue antibiotic (or so I am told) is applied to many dogs as a treatment for mange. It is a very antiquated way to treat mange, which makes dogs very uncomfortable and unsightly. The disease itself is highly treatable however, and this "blue dog" technique is still better than the home remedies employed by some locals. These remedies including pouring Clorox on the dog (one of our adopted dogs died from this) or pouring kerosene, oil or gasoline on the dog.
