The “line_up“ is a paperwork series I developed since 2010. The “liners” are made out of paper (Din A3/A4),
oil paint and graphite. The theme is the hermetical laws of polarity and movement. There is no ending and no beginning in any direction, just an endless movement. You have the possibility to arrange the papers like you want and that makes it an endless playground for my photo-work and the eyes of the viewers.

An Australian Wood duck hanging around the caravan park on the Murray River at Mannum.
I was not really satisfied of the first version so I tried something else.

A pond I discovered in a wood close by us. I have walked there dozens of times, and never knew the pond was there

This fine old working windmill was found at a farmstead on Sage Road in Bertrand Township of Berrien County, Michigan, just north of the Indiana-Michigan state line.
