I don't care if there are "open carry" laws. This is just being a d***.
Behold, Zorg and his Zorg Industries ZF-1 Pod Weapon. This is not a cheap prop, either in terms of expense, time, or how much of a pain in the butt it is to carry it around all day.
Lots of "Fifth Element" cosplay this year for some reason.

Retro futuristic, New-York style, flying taxi.
Mostly inspired by J-C Mezières's comic book "Les cercles du pouvoir" (later involved into the Fifth Element movie)
Larry Smith as Ruby Rhod and his friend as Leeloo (who I'll tag as soon as I find out who she is), from "The Fifth Element."
We're now down to maybe 2 minutes before I'm leaving, I just finished shooting Saraphina Cosplay as Mera, and then I see Larry. "Awesome cosplayer I already know," check again.
Never caught him as Ruby Rhod before, and it's as great as I was led to believe. Also one of the best Leeloos I saw all weekend.
