INAUGURAMOS EL 22 DE NOVIEMBRE 19HS EN GALERIA ARTE X ARTE (LAVALLEJA 1062 CAPITAL FEDERAL, ARG)
El II Nano Festival de Fotografía - www.nanofotofest.com.ar - es un evento anual dedicado a los fotógrafos aficionados y profesionales de todo el país. Su duración es de cuatro días.
Este año la convocatoria se llevará a cabo en la Galería Arte x Arte - www.galeriaartexarte.com -
del 22 al 25 de Noviembre. La primera edición de esta muestra se llevó a cabo en el Centro Cultural Borges en el mes de Abril de 2011.
La propuesta gira en torno de la figura de Nano, un icono digital que personifica al festival en el amplio mundo de las redes sociales, actuando como nexo entre las convocatorias y los numerosos participantes, que de manera activa se unen día a día a esta innovadora propuesta.
Dada la importancia de las redes sociales, Nano logró imponerse en la web y cuenta con cientos de amigos en Facebook, Twitter y Flickr. A través de este medio se llevan a cabo las convocatorias y se recibe el material de los fotógrafos. Aquí también se generan debates e intercambio de ideas sobre temas de actualidad en el ámbito de la fotografía.
Durante el transcurso de este año se hicieron 3 convocatorias on line, en las que participaron un total de 2662 usuarios. Las temáticas fueron “Retratos de un país”, rememorando los retratos del reconocido autor alemán August Sander en los años 20 y 30. "Nano busca un autor", a través de la cual todos los fotógrafos aficionados y profesionales podían presentar sus trabajos personales en serie. La última convocatoria fue “Paisaje Urbano”, la cual invitaba a fotografiar al estilo de la Escuela de Dusseldörf, espacios urbanos de todo el país.
Como autor invitado, Sub (Cooperativa de Fotógrafos) expone su trabajo Comer.

Jueves 22 de noviembre
19.00 hs. Inauguración del festival. Apertura de las muestras Retrato de un País, Paisaje Urbano y de las muestras individuales de Esteban Spila con Buenos Muchachos y Mariano Imperial con Gente Mínima.
Viernes 23 de noviembre
A partir de las 18.30 hs proyectaran Vera Rosemberg, Catal
ina Bartolomé y Mariano Brizzola
Sábado 24 de noviembre
A partir de las 16.30 hs proyectaran Lena Szankay y Fernando Di sisto
18.00 hs “Una imagen no vale más que 1000 palabras“. Mesa debate con la participación de Julieta Escardó, Juan Boido, Fabián Casas, Eduardo Medici y Cooperativa Sub. Moderado por Daniel Merle.
Domingo 25 de noviembre
A partir de las 18.30 hs proyectaran Lihuel Gonzalez, Gonzalo Maggi y Jasmine Bakalarz
21.00 hs Cierre del festival.

Another great edition of Housequake Festival. The first festival of the season with great weather, nice music and a great crowd. The festival season has started and it's gonna be a great summer!
