Segundo dia do Festival Canta Bahia reune pessoas de diferentes congregações evangélicas para assistir aos shows de artistas consagrados da cena gospel, o festival arrecadou toneladas de quilos de alimentos para o Bahia Sem Fome, no Parque de Exposições em Salvador.

The ceremonial gathering of the 2017 annual fête du vodoun (festival of vodou) took place on Ouidah's Djegbadji Plage (beach) at the Porte du Non Retour (Gate of No Return) after the cortege made its way from the Houxwe palace and the Temple des Pythons in Ouidah.
Locals taking a break from the maddening crowds of the Tori-no-ichi festival (酉の市), to get a quick snack and drink at one of the stalls in the alleys around O-tori shrine (鷲神社).

The 34th Gothenburg International Film Festival opened on January 28th (notice all the glasses on the first floor)! In 10 days around 450 films from 76 countries will be shown in 11 cinemas (the biggest film festival in Sweden). The Dragon or The Viking Ship Cinema is the main cinema hall.
The building was inaugurated in 1956 and designed by architect Nils Einar Eriksson (1899-1978).
