An artist I met named Eliza Frye. Find her at www.elizafrye.com/

She is very talented and very open and friendly. I was very happy to meet and to talk with her!

Here she is showing her grandmother's necklace which I liked a lot.

Taken at the Wizard World Chicago Comic Con 2011 at the Donald E. Stevens Convention Center at Rosemont, Illinois on Sunday, August 14, 2011. Thank you for letting me take your picture!

A new exhibition opens at the Saatchi Gallery by Anne Von Freyburg called Filthy Cute. This solo exhibition features stunning large-scale pieces that highlight von Freyburg’s approach, which reimagines textiles as a medium within the tradition of painting. Runs from 28th March until 11th May, and photos are taken at the private preview.

The second exhibition for my may series on Oxford Artweeks is jill Green's "One Unholy Journey". For this Jill transformed the ground floor of her suburban house into an art installation based on 12 years work for peace in Palestine.

The central thread of the exhibition is the series of 100 olive tree paintings which are used a a "trail" to lead you through the house.
