Somehow, Chiyoko in this outfit (must be the hat) reminds me of Johhny Depp. It's probably a combination of some Willy-Wonka-ness and the fedoras and geek glasses he seems to be so fond of.
Anyway - Chiyoko is wearing felt hat from a craft store, Military Momoko tank top, grey lacy shrug made by me, red cord skirt made by me, Hard Rock Cafe Barbie belt, Model Muse stockings and boots, and her own glasses.

Opening night of The Walk-Through, a sustainable fashion exhibit at the Ayala Malls Circuit Makati, October 24, 2019. The event focuses on contextualizing the practice of sustainable fashion in the Philippines. It featured five upcoming artists and how they used textiles to communicate the different issues of the clothing industry in the country. The exhibit will run from October 24-27.
Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) is one of the major partners of this event. The organization sees this event as an oppportunity to up the conversation on low carbon development should not only be limited to shifting from fossil fuels to renewable energy. It is not just about the energy sector, but it requires the involvement of everyone. Everything counts and everyone matters, which includes the fashion industry.

Born in 1992 in Issy-Kul, Temirlan always loved to draw and create things with his hands. At college he studied the technology around garment production and later studied fashion. He then decided to open his own atelier in 2015. He only had three sewing machines which he bought using all his savings. At the beginning he worked alone. To find clients, he would hang up advertisements on streets and in cafes. He started by making clothes for friends and relatives. Then, though word of mouth, others learnt about him and his business began to grow.
In 2017, he decided to find a larger place for his business and hired two employees. In 2018, he learned about the USAID funded $5m AKF Youth Skills Programme ad applied. Through this he learned business planning, marketing, and finance and soon after decided to expand his business.
In 2019, he received seed grant from the project to purchase two sowing machines, one iron and two mannequins. He decided to hire some more employees and interns to support the businesses growth. Clients now include local celebrities and dancing groups as well as his regular repeat customers. Customers can now find him through his Instagram account.
