omg! Did anyone else have this toy? I just found this today during my game closet cleanout. I got it for Xmas when I was about 6. I loved it! You pick different heads, tops and bottoms put into the left side and rub a rubbing crayon over it, then color them in, etc.

I spent a lot of time post processing this one. I admit. But will do it right the next time so that I spend less time processing it.

A 'fashionista' or fashion disaster, you decide. This is another image for my on-the-move series, which is now taking a street fashion twist.

Last week I was able to take some shots with a great model Claudine, and also a new MUA Angine, who did an amazing job. Just as a side note to new fashion photographers, the MUA can really increase the high fashion feel to your projects. The MUA is one of the most important part of shooting fashion. Ok back to the 7' parabolic, I have tried it with the diffusser on, as it has been recommended. However, this was with it off, the light was a bit harsh and focused, but I love the contrast with the shadows. Set up was sb600 1/8 grid on background, 7' parabolic umbrella camera left, and 5' reflector camera right. f8 iso 400 shutter speed 160 th. So this is what we got.

PERSONAL FUN FACT: When I look at this Puma fashion, I immediately think of Colleen's Fashionistas doll with the leg amputation....Veronica! She came in a similar blue dress with the triangular design on the collar. Not only does this ensemble bear some resemblance to Veronica's, but I also think it would look FABULOUS on her. She has tan skin and dark features. Plus, I think she looks sporty, and the fact that she has an artificial leg makes her seem even more tough. I think it's super awesome that there are Barbie fashions available with special branding, like Puma. Personally, I tend to gravitate towards those that have characters, like Hello Kitty or Disney. But this caught my eye in the clearance section at Walmart. It was the very end of January 2021, when I was killing time at Walmart. Colleen had a Saturday craft to do for her second job. Normally, I'd wait in the jeep for her in the parking lot. Since it's only an hour long craft, there is no need to waste gas going home (I'd have 30 minutes to get stuff done...very pointless indeed). But that particular Saturday it was SUPER cold outside...less than 10 degrees Fahrenheit. There was no way I'd last an hour outside, and obviously I wasn't going to have my Jeep run with the heat on that whole time. I have a pet peeve about leaving a car running...and it makes me anxious for some reason. I spent time at Walmart, which is located down the road. I caught a few fabulous sales. I found this lone fashion pack for just $1, as well as a resin kid's craft kit (handy for dolly accessories), and of course a $5 Rainbow High doll. I can never say no to cheap doll clothes. Plus, this would fit a curvy Barbie...I don't have many options for them currently.

With Love Lingerie design.
