Where I live. Rises and sets have been horrible in my part of the DMV. Seen a lot of post saturation done on shots near the Bay (not mad at that) but I think 45's mouth has scared away quality morning and evening beauty. But we got lucky on this near-blue hour just a mile from home.

On thing is true. When there's a decent sunset, it always seems to look most amazing when you're at or near a shopping center/grocery store! Go figure.

Braving the Elements by Jena Adder

That's right! I literally had to brave the elements to grab some of these cool pieces at the various monthly events. Though it seemed like a battle I would never win, especially trying to get into Collabor88, I managed to tape my finger to the teleport button and VOILA! On9 and Kustom9 required much less effort thank goodness. Braving the elements is what I'll be doing very soon here in Canada (the winter months are pretty harsh), and I wanted to illustrate in this photo that no matter how tough it might seem, with a little patience, perseverance and a trick or two up my sleeves, I always manage to push through to victory.
