The pan under the license plate bracket is a diffuser for underbody airflow. Although the F430 has no spoilers, it has a great deal of aerodynamic downforce at high speeds.

This was one of the Ferraris that attended the Ferrari Racing Days meeting at Silverstone in September 2017. It's a 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider which has a 4,308cc F136 E four-cam V8 engine and was in production from 2004 to 2009.

And well might move it over to the F430 cause the Scuderia is a Unicorn :)
The F430 was the 1st Ferrari road car with a Manettino dial, inspired by similar dials on Ferrari's Formula 1 race cars. The dial allows for the quick and simple adjustment of the electronics governing suspension settings, traction control, electronic differential, and change speed of electronic gearbox.
Serving as the successor onto the 360 Challenge Stradale, the 430 Scuderia was unveiled by Michael Schumacher at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show. Aimed to compete with cars like the Porsche RS-models and Gallardo Superleggera, it is 100 kg (220 lb) lighter than the standard F430 and increases engine output to 375.4 kW (503 hp) at 8500 rpm. Thus the weight-to-power ratio is reduced from 2.96 kg/hp to 2.5 kg/hp. In addition to the weight saving measures, the Scuderia sequential manual transmission gains improved 'Superfast' software for faster 60 millisecond shift-times. A new traction control system combines the F1-Trac traction and stability control with the E-Diff electronic differential. The Ferrari 430 Scuderia does 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.6 s, with a top speed of 198 miles per hour (319 km/h)
