This was one of the competitors in the GT Challenge race at the Aston Martin Owners Club's meeting at Oulton Park in May 2018. It's a 2007 Ferrari F430 Challenge and was driven in the race by Tony Jones. The car has a 4,308cc V8 engine with twin overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder and is seen here approaching the Knickerbrook chicane during the race.

The Ferrari F430 is a sports car produced by the Italian automaker Ferrari from 2004 to 2009, as a successor to the 360. It debuted at the 2004 Paris Motor Show. European left-hand drive sales began in November 2004, but right-hand drive sales did not start until Spring 2005, and the North American market did not get the F430 until Summer 2005.

Vorig jaar op bijna precies dezelfde plaats heb ik hier ook een witte F430 Spider gespot. Enige verschil nu is het witte interieur en het Spaanse kenteken, in plaats van een Engelse.

All the way from California, almost getting hit by a taxi door.

I haven't seen very many white F430's around, but it looks absolutely stunning! With the Hamann kit and 20" JimGainer wheels, this one is a head-turner for sure.

Its replacement, the Ferrari 458 Italia, was unveiled on 28 July 2009 and is expected to go on sale in Spring 2010.
