erik went out this morning to get me coffee and was gone quite a while. when he came back in, he sounded all stressed and was out of breath. "it was a nightmare at starbucks", he said. "they got the order wrong a couple of times and it was a mess. i have to go back to the car to get the pastries." i'm then feeling bad that he ran into such trouble over me. he comes back in the house with the most amazing bouquet of daisies and says, "it wasn't really a nightmare, i had to make an extra stop!"

i love him.

Booked an extra excursion with Green Horse Ranch to try horse riding for the first time. Some of the trails were narrow and steep but the horses were well trained there were no mishaps.

The movie "Flipped", a Rob Reiner picture, is being filmed around Ann Arbor.

Bought ourselves some extra legroom in order to be more comfy on our flight from Fort Lauderdale to Toronto.

Frank added this extra line "just in case" we ever want to run another electrical line to the corner canopy.
