I suppose if you want two-hour or even seventy-two-hour cleaning, don't worry. No extra charge. (Oh, no extra charge for speedy one-hour service. For me, the modern American consumer who is used to a standard service of receiving things almost immediately without a thought, it took a moment to figure out this sign. 😉)

The Extra 300 is a competition-level aerobatic monoplane aircraft. Designed by Walter Extra, a retired aerobatic pilot, in 1987. It has since evolved into a higher-performance single-seat version (300S/330XS) and has been updated to make use of composite technology.
The aircraft is based on a welded steel tube fuselage covered in light alloy and fabric. The mid-set wing is made of carbon composites under fiberglass shells, and uses a symmetrical airfoil. The landing gear is of the fixed taildragger type, with composite main legs and fiberglasss wheel pants.
The Extra 300 is stressed for +/- 10 G and has a roll rate of 340 degrees per second.
Tim Weber discovered aviation at the age of 13. Having moved to within bicycling distance of Turf Soaring School in Phoenix, Arizona, it wasn’t long before Tim was a regular visitor to the airport. By the time Tim was 14 years old he had gone from being the kid looking through the fence to becoming a line-boy, trading work for flying lessons.
Tim’s aptitude for flying was evident early on. Within a short time he had soloed in several different types of gliders and had begun exploring aerobatics. Since that time, Tim has flown a variety of aircraft and experienced thousands of hours of aerobatic flying. His aggressive flying and natural ability have enabled him to become one of the top airshow performers in the United States today.

Wendy, Barney and Sam trying on their costumes for the filming tomorrow. This fitting took place in the centre of Sooke near the newspaper offices so I went in to see the editor to see if he wanted a story about the filming from an extras point of view. He did but not written by me - he wants Wendy or the kids to do it, so once again I am not required to take part in my own flippin' scheme !
