This is my DPS entry for the week, "Composition: A Sense of Depth". I think the clouds frame the moon and layer in a way that creates depth but I could be wrong as I am not 100% sure on this technique...
“A southern moon is a sodden moon, and sultry. When it swamps the fields and the rustling sandy roads and the sticky honeysuckle hedges in its sweet stagnation, your fight to hold on to reality is like a protestation against a first waft of ether.”

I put Daisy in the sunroom so she could explore... she spotted her old friend, Hissy, outside.... and meowed to him...
I'm sure she had flashbacks of her outside life... I wish I could trap him and bring him inside too....
I had the leash on her, just in case I couldn't catch her...
Porque he vivido y he tomado decisiones y a veces me he equivocado...

I was out in the backyard watering the plants, when I saw this Grasshopper jump away from where I was spraying the water. The Grasshopper landed a few feet away, quicky got my camera and managed to squeeze a few shots out before it jumped and flew away. This species of Grasshopper was approximatley 5 inches long. !!
