EN: Still in Parque do Povo, walking along Avenida 14 de Setembro, I found Yuri (@yurikiralin) resting on the stands of the Skate Park.
The red socks and the red pair of skates caught my attention and looking in more detail at the person wearing them I decided to approach him to explain the project and ask for his participation.
Without hesitation, Yuri accepted the challenge and agreed to take the photos.
Very close to the place where I met him, there is a wall of Colégio Poliedro, decorated with different colorful geometric shapes. I already had in mind that I would use this location as a backdrop for a candidate and when I saw Yuri, I was sure that the setting would make for cool photos.
So, I suggested to him that we go there.
Along the way, I ended up getting to know my candidate better, who, in addition to being an excellent skater, confided that he is also a badminton athlete for Sesi.
I asked him if he often came to Parque do Povo to skate, but he said he only did it once in a while, as he lives far away and usually travels the entire route on roller skates.
Arriving at the location and taking the first photos, I was very excited about the character and scenery. The choice was the right one and I ended up taking more photos than I normally do.
Even though the wall was already a little faded, I managed to recover the colors of the place in the editing and I was very happy with the result.
Yuri, I hope you like the photos. Thank you for accepting the challenge, for your participation and for your patience! Very nice to meet you!
