Here I am explaining why ferrets placed where they did in this ring. Basically it came down to the fact that because of coat changing, a lot of the ferrets were 1/2 chocolate, 1/2 champagne, which means they won't do well in either ring. Common thing to happen at summer shows.

My brother brought up a massive envelope for me today. From my ex-school. I dropped out in Feb when family, health and emotional problems had hit my school life so hard that I was basically told "leave voluntarily or we will kick you out".

 

I'm glad I left. I'm on an IT Course now. Which has its ups & downs but is a lot less stressful for me (& I get to laugh at everyone doing AS Level exams 8D )

 

Anyway, so this letter came and it was all the science magazines I'd hooked up with through school, and a note from my ex-form teacher. A really sweet note xD

 

They expect me back in September, but I'm not sure I'm ready to go back. However, I haven't sorted out what I would be doing instead so it's all a big worry. But the note from my teacher just made me all bouncy. xD So I took a photo.

I do not yet understand all of this, but here is a go at it.

The input to this is almost any biofuel including plastics (except for PVC, which makes HCl) and pine. The ideal size is chips, but even dried manure works well.

Usually, the biofuel is burned, but here,. at very high (1200 C) temperatures, the fuel is converted directly to hydrogen, methane, and carbon. Efficiency goes like the fourth power of the temperature. Proton Power claims to burn every hydrogen atom.

As output, they get 1100 MW of electricity, diesel fuel, and a form of carbon that is very similar to graphene. Graphene usually sells for $100-gram. This carbon costs 3 cents/gram. Pure water also comes out from this process, and there is excess hydrogen, which is flamed (presently).

The cost of this power is about 4 cents/kWh plus 1 cent per 15 tons of fuel stock.
