Two copies of the original layered together. One slightly offset, tinted and Colours Inverted, merged together at 0% transparency. Different merges produce different effects, Multiply and Difference are usually the most startling!

My contact retains the original copyright and this is a response to a request he made to see possible transformation techniques that I suggested.

I have to admit, I had to take several photos before I got a good one where my dog, Dolly, wasn't moving. I think it turned out well.

Indoor Experiment HDR.

HDR - Ball says: Do more sports :-)

I was just messing around with evening light. Shot this with a daylight WB, whic turned out well. I seem to have lost some photos for the first week of May...

My little sister recently bought herself some pet goldfish. I was recruited to be the responsible adult(!?) when she purchased them and I had to carry them back home on the bus. As we stood at the bus stop we suggested names and in the end settled on the names Experiment A and Experiment B.

This is Experiment A, a celestial goldfish.

Trying the macro (close, but a foot or two away) setting! I'd be interested to hear people's opinions! :-) I couldn't actually tell, well except for the stone, what it was focusing on!

The wild garlic? Oh, it's right at the front, and the pods are an experiment of some higher force, mine was JUST the photo! (-:

one of my random drawings... obviously bored in the office

I was experimenting with slow shutter speeds to capture motion blur on passing people. However, this picture was severely over-exposed so I tried to rescue it in Photoshop and Topaz labs.

The result is a complete failure, but I kind of like it!

Not sure what I was trying to accomplish here but I kind of liked the result. The original was dark and kind of blurry.

Went along with my son and husband to see a show where all kinds of experiments took place. On this picture the man was making bubbles - but I can't remember which material he was using...

I don't even bother to pretend to understand camera speed, aperture, shutter, light or Einstein's theory of relativity. Hence I end up being disappointed with a lot of my photos. This was one such, and as I messed around with different effects, I rather liked the luminescence I got through the negative. (I don't have photoshop, btw).
