Spotted this little tree whilst having a wander around Westleton this evening. Looked quite 'vulnerable'. Thought i'd try a shallow DOF with the Zeiss. What do you think?

This was taken at a state park on a moonlight night. I was using a friend for the subject and lighting the projected shadows and him with strobes. Lucky no rangers arrived at the scene.

Roman SIGNER, KITFOX EXPERIMENTAL, 2014,
Plane, fans, cables - Concept gallery (Paris)
"Not devoid of a touch of humour, which runs throughout Roman Signer’s artistic career, this amateur aircraft hung vertically, its nose pointing to the floor, seems to have been stopped in the midst of its vertiginous fall. Swirling freely with the air currents generated by fans, the work Kitfox Experimental is animated by an ambiguous tension: at once a simple, inoffensive clock and an imminent threat that, like a sword of Damocles hanging over the viewers, recalls the constant danger that the inappropriate use of this kind of machine can cause. This work finds its origins in one of his childhood memories: the artist got scared, thinking that a pilot who turned the nose of a plane in his direction was going to crash on him".
I was trying a long exposure photo last weekend in a picnic island and one of our colleague just simply ON his led little flash light (which was in ma first trial) and that gave me this idea and after drawing a lot of weird things that night, this is one shot - which I really liked.
I did this without referring to anything as it just happened - so a lot of things have to be done (you can even see the shadow of the guy behind the subject who was drawing the wings and halo with the light) and we are gonna do this again during this Ramadhan in K.Vilingili with a bit more of lights.
If anyone wanna join - Just lemme know!!!
