This is the picture that goes with the journal entry by 'Juan Hernandez' The picture was supposed to be a sketch in which the student followed directions and it goes with the student wrote about (a journey that they were on). It is clear that the student took their time and did neat work.

A beautiful afternoon at the lake.....cold and windy. Lovely weather for a walk with Remy. Snow expected overnight and the clouds looked promising (or would that be threatening?)

I honestly wasn't expecting much at Francis Ford Coppola's winery. I thought it would kinda commercialized and basically mediocre wines capitalizing on the Coppola name. I was pleasantly surprised, though, at the quality of the wines here. As it was explained to me, wine and food is Coppola's passion and therefore he is super involved in both the winery and the restaurant. As a result, the wines and food here are top class! And how much did I end up liking it? I ended up becoming a member!
Students created 'Lost Dog' posters, working on descriptive writing. Students were given criteria that they had to meet including things like a minimum of 5 sentences, the name and description of your dog, what someone should do if they are to find the dog, etc. This is Student 23's work.
This event, held in Maputo, shared the results of its report Baseline Survey on the School-to-Work Transitions of University Graduates in Mozambique.
The event focused on the characteristics and employment expectations of Mozambican final year students.

Shortly before the rather swanky Hey Green Hotel, in Waters Road, Marsden, I came across this. There's a few lottery signs nearby but I don't know who it's by. Looks a bit Wickerman-esque to me - but splendid.
