...the hypothesis was I could exercise by walking with camera, pausing every so often to take a few photos, but fewer pauses and photos each outing until I was doing a non-stop mile each day. Idea came from length of Birthday Walk in The Redwoods with frequent pauses to examine the flora [and some fauna, i.e some girls sitting atop a fallen Redwood Trunk, some outer garment and shoes neatly placed next to the trail]

We went out for a cycle yesterday and the sky looked lovely at the end of the evening. The cycle path is used by walkers, runners, cyclists and dog walkers.
