WEEK 44 – Wolfchase Sears Closing, Set X (UL)

Ah, here we go – finally past the perfume rug department! As promised, straight ahead is the tool department, home to Sears’s onetime-exclusive brand, Craftsman (as indicated by the red-colored support walls, and multiple Craftsman logos on the wall and on the shelves. Yeah, nothing gave this department away, no sir!). To my right, on the other side of the actionway, is the exermocise equipment, placed atop those red rubber mats that I personally associate with Sears even more so than I do Craftsman (and hey, at least they haven’t sold those mats off yet! Although I shouldn’t say anything more, lest I give Eddie any ideas XD ) And finally, if you look close enough at the left side of this pic, you might see some hints of natural lighting… (cont.)

A Swedish Army conscript takes a break during training.

Sweden has played host to an exercise involving 26,000 personnel from Sweden and various NATO countries. Exercise Aurora 23 was aimed at helping Sweden defend itself in case it was ever to come under attack. The exercise took place throughout Sweden, but primarily in the southern parts of the country and on Gotland.

NATO Allies that took part included Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, UK and US.

They trained alongside the Swedish Army, Swedish Navy, Swedish Air Force and Home Guard. Exercise Aurora 23 ran from 17 April to 11 May 2023.

Feeling worse today but managed to hold up at work thanks to Sudafed. Starting to neti pot again, and that has really helped with my sinuses. Today is another long rest day. Rest is so important but I hate feeling like I'm so lazy because I haven't done much lately in the way of exercise. Ugh! It's quite frustrating! But right now, I want to recover so i can fully enjoy this upcoming weekend in San Francisco. :D

I thought I heard something outside. When I went out, there was Miss Lily petaling away.

"I need" pant "to get rid of" pant "some extra" pant "weight" she gasped out.

I realize what I said above. Of course I meant pedal. But as it think about it, petal sort of fits Miss Lily.

The small row of windows on the top floor brings light to the 68 cells on San Quentin's original death row . Today, there are so many condemned inmates, nearly 700, that they are housed in various units throughout the prison. This original setting is inhabited by those who have earned the privilege...the pipes sticking up on the left side next to the tower is the exhaust pipe for the gas chamber located directly below the pipes...as prisoner E-Z Williams wrote, "low flying gulls beware"...the screened in area on the roof is the exercise yard for the dead men walking

Took a walk in the park. This seem like the appropriate outfit, maybe except for the booties

Not easy to wear in these rotations

These three pieces of exercise equipment were sitting out where the trash gets picked up. They do not look old or broken. I can only speculate on why they were put out there.

The property is a four unit apartment building. Perhaps some guy left his girlfriend and she said, "Come get these machines." He didn't, and she put them out for the garbage collection. Who knows!

UPDATE; I went by here this morning and they were gone. Either the owner retrieved them or someone passing by stopped and picked them up.

Just the usual short video, the garden doesn't change much but I try for different looks of course, isn't that how most women work? At least the shed got painted this year, while I was in male mode only all those months.
