In 10 minutes I start my workout with Sarah. She has a hour exercise class that is done over the Internet from Island Fitness that is downtown. I do this Monday and Friday mornings. Tuesday to Thursday I workout in the basement on my recumbent bike and I lift weights then too. It pays to stay healthy!

Pictured are four Apache attack helicopters operated by 3 Regiment Army Air Corps during Exercise Talon Gravis.
Army aviators have demonstrated the range and power of the punch their Apache attack helicopters can deliver.
Exercise Talon Gravis has seen 3 Regiment Army Air Corps (3 Regt AAC) launch formations of up to eight Apaches from their base at Wattisham Flying Station in Suffolk to find and strike targets on land and at sea more than 300 miles away.
Flying against simulated enemy air defences, missions have ranged from a daylight attack on shipping in the English Channel off Plymouth to hunting armoured vehicles on Salisbury Plain under the cover of darkness.
The Apaches were replenished at a Forward Arming and Refuelling Point (FARP) - the military equivalent of a Formula 1 pit stop – set up at Keevil airfield on Salisbury Plain.
3 Regt AAC’s role is to provide an aviation deep manoeuvre battlegroup – made up of attack, reconnaissance and transport helicopters - to 3rd (UK) Division, the British Army’s high readiness warfighting division.

I thought I heard something outside. When I went out, there was Miss Lily petaling away.
"I need" pant "to get rid of" pant "some extra" pant "weight" she gasped out.
I realize what I said above. Of course I meant pedal. But as it think about it, petal sort of fits Miss Lily.

The small row of windows on the top floor brings light to the 68 cells on San Quentin's original death row . Today, there are so many condemned inmates, nearly 700, that they are housed in various units throughout the prison. This original setting is inhabited by those who have earned the privilege...the pipes sticking up on the left side next to the tower is the exhaust pipe for the gas chamber located directly below the pipes...as prisoner E-Z Williams wrote, "low flying gulls beware"...the screened in area on the roof is the exercise yard for the dead men walking

These three pieces of exercise equipment were sitting out where the trash gets picked up. They do not look old or broken. I can only speculate on why they were put out there.
The property is a four unit apartment building. Perhaps some guy left his girlfriend and she said, "Come get these machines." He didn't, and she put them out for the garbage collection. Who knows!
UPDATE; I went by here this morning and they were gone. Either the owner retrieved them or someone passing by stopped and picked them up.
