When Spiker heard the news about living in a home with another dog, he got so excited and started running around like CrAzY :-)
I was really excited about these shoes - but they just aren't that great in person. The mould is awesome of course, but they didn't knock any previous pairs off the favourite list... I hope the vampire ones are better quality cause i'm really looking forward to those too.

Poor Buster. He was all excited about his first ski trip, he went up an expert run and found out he didn't know how to stop safely. One of two images that tell the story...
This scene was inspired by this week's theme of "X" for the Macro Mondays Group. Not only are his skis in an "x", but the insignia on his temple can also be claimed as an "x."
I should mention that this image was the first that popped into my head when I saw the theme and the story of my wife's first time skiing. They were going up the hill for lessons. The instructor said to turn left. She turned her other left and ended facing UP the hill and started to ski backwards towards the lodge. Everyone was yelling "sit down" but she was too scared to hear any of them until her dad's voice boomed "Carrie Lynn, SIT DOWN!" She did, and ended up a few yards from the first aid hut (appropriate location!). I imagine she looked similar to Buster here...
