This is in Trafalgar Square, which was being used for for activities relating to the pruHealth World Triathlon Grand Final that was taking place in London. Sunday 15th September 2013. The man was excercising along with the lady instructor who is in my photostream.

The task tonight was to set up a basic 'still life' and light it as you see fit ... here are the results !!!
The images were lit by using my Canon 430EX II flashgun behind a white umbrella, all controlled wirelessly by my 7D.

Mille de fleur is over. You remember? Last year was my favourite year. All the fashion with the little flowers. You maybe will not understand my weakness for them without further explanation: When I was a little child we had a wallpaper with a highly ordered green flower-and-leaves pattern in my room. A relict of the seventies. Note that they were ORDERED!
Are there ways to describe dendritic growth?

Bootcamp consists of running, press ups, squat jumps, bunny hops, kettle bells and the dreaded Murder Hill... A steep sand dune which really works the legs.
Whilst the excercise part is pretty tortuous and strenuous, the atmosphere is friendly and motivating, with kids and dogs welcome to join in, and finishing with a well earned BBQ
