The lightning seems a bit too dark to me, and the milk seems to have been digitally altered or added in afterward because it looks very...fake to me, or at least digitally altered to appear as it does. It doesn't seem 'natural'

6 Days project- Stage 2 - Fold up fold down.

Sketchbook examples for the paper folding fashion and textiles project.

In this part of the project, I reviewed information about Gestalt Principles in design and identified visual examples of them. This image is an example of symmetry because it displays the same shapes on each side. If a vertical line was placed it the center and the image was folded along that line, everything would match up.

Ballast from River Sand (very coarse), coloured with basic Acrylic Paint. Raw sand has paint added straight from the tube (no water, mix colours as you add them), and stirred to stop it clumping until the colour covers all the grains, then spread on an old oven tray to dry. It is then sifted through a cheap tea-strainer to leave a consistent small (HO) size. Glued down using 50/50 PVA-glue/water, with a drop of detergent.

I edited this image merely for illustrative purposes.

I lifted the shadows on the previous photo to show the banding. Notice how a ghost image of the vertical blind band extends beyond the window.
