On Saturday I led a group of 27 on a photo walk around Camden, Little Venice and Paddington Basin, on behalf of the London Lomography Gallery Store.

They very kindly lent me a Horizon Perfeckt, but it seems it's badly misfiring, resulting in these strange ghostly shots.

'Evento é un certo orizzonte silenzioso che sta al di qua della parola e delle sue possibili interpretazioni'.

I try to translate...

'Event is some silent horizon that remains after words and their possible interpretations'.

On August 28, 2022, Ramapo College invited new students to take part in the Arching tradition. Students take part in this time-honored ceremony when they first start at RCNJ, where they process up Mansion Road to be greeted by the College President at the Arch and are cheered on by campus members, family and friends; student complete the journey when they are graduating, where they go through the Arch in the opposite direction and process down Mansion Road while being cheered on by faculty, staff, family, and friends.

This (long) weekend I photographed a two day horse riding event - today was the cross country. Thought I'd do a little series of the thrills and spills, starting with this one! The rider and horse were uninjured.

Get ready to saddle-up! Portsmouth, Ohio native Candice Cassidy, is Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for June 2009.

After graduating from Portsmouth High School, Miss June attended Shawnee State University where she recently graduated with a degree in psychology. While in college and before landing the title of Playboy’s Miss June, she appeared as a Playboy.com Cyber Girl in 2006.

From an early age, Candice has always preferred her dancing shoes to her cowboy boots. “My mom put me in classes when I was three because I was a little shy,” explains the blond beauty. The plan worked. She now owns and runs her own dance studio in Portsmouth called Rhythm n Rhinestones School of Dance where she teaches tap, jazz, lyrical and ballet four nights a week.

When she isn’t dancing around her family’s 60-acre farm house, Candice enjoys the life of a Playmate and doesn’t mind trading in her tap shoes or horse saddle for bunny ears and heels. “My biggest excitement is flying out for parties every month,” she explains. “I live in a rural area, and there’s no place to hang out except in people’s houses.” Miss June plans to purchase her own property in Portsmouth near her parents’ farm, and will continue to commute from farm life in Ohio to her new celebrity life in LA.

Gentlemen, place your bets! Southern California native and former Bunny blackjack dealer Jessica Burciaga, is Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for February 2009.

After graduating from high school, Jessica began classes at a junior college and also attended a broadcasting school in Huntington Beach where she studied sports broadcasting.

In 2006, Jessica was chosen from among hundreds of hopefuls to work at the Playboy Club at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas as one of the Bunny blackjack dealers. She and the other ladies chosen trained for eight weeks before getting behind the tables. “We were so nervous because we were dealing with a lot of money,” exclaims Jessica, “One time I got a $5,000 chip as a tip!” But after a few months of working in Sin City she became homesick and moved back to California. “I am so close to my family, and I missed not being able to go over to my mom’s or grandma’s or hang out with my two brothers whenever I wanted,” she explains.

Miss February loves the Lakers, the ocean and the beach boys, so to speak. “I’m a total flip-flops girl. I like to have a few drinks and chill by the beach. That’s my style. Guys at L.A. clubs try to impress you with talk about money can cars, and that turns me off,” she says. Another thing that turns Jessica off? Boring men. “I need someone who gives me a run for my money.” Jessica is currently living in Southern California and working on her modeling career.
