L'any 1042 va ser consagrada l'església de Sant Esteve per Guillem Guifré bisbe d'Urgell. Pertanyia l'any 1163 al monestir de Sant Martí del Canigó, segons una butlla d'Alexandre III. Un segle més tard de la consagració de l'any 1042, va deure tornar-se a edificar un temple, que és l'actual del segle xii.

Tant la plaça de l'església com la propia façana de l'església de Sant Esteve de Montesclado son molt estretes. Així hi tot aconseguiren encabir-les dins els costeruts carrers d'aquest poble del Pallars.

My dear orifriend Oriol Esteve made another amazing model. It’s not a surprise in what matters to the “amazing” part. This recent designer (for me at last) is very consistent. There is no bad or a “more or less” design. They’re always very good or more than that.
Once I’m a lucky guy I had the chance of testfolding the diagrams and they were made by Carlos González Santamaría. Another piece of art.

Sant Esteve de Castellar del Vallès és l'església parroquial de la vila de Castellar del Vallès, del terme municipal del mateix nom, de la comarca del Vallès Occidental.
Va ser aixecada entre els anys 1885 i 1892 gràcies al mecenatge d'Emília Carles Tolrà, propietària de l'empresa tèxtil Tolrà.[1] Él projecte és obra de l'arquitecte Joan Martorell i Montells i la direcció d'obra correspon a Emili Sala i Cortés, tot i que, de la façana i el timpà es va encarregar l'escultor Rossend Nobas. A la cripta del temple es va emplaçar el panteó de la família Tolrà i finalment va ser consagrat el 25 de juny de 1892.[1] Constitueix un exemple molt destacat d'art neogòtic a Catalunya.
Per les seves grans dimensions i la seva bellesa se la coneix com "la Catedral del Vallès"
Arran de la persecució religiosa promoguda des dels anys 30 per la Segona República Espanyola, i durant a la Guerra Civil Espanyola, va ser feta malbé i despullada de les seves obres d'art, secularitzada i convertida en mercat. Es va tornar a consagrar l'any 1952. Ha estat restaurada entre 1984 i 1993.

Sant Esteve d'Olius és una església romànica de finals del segle XI situada al municipi d´Olius, al Solsonès. Destaca per la seva magnífica cripta.
Consagrada l'any 1079, és un edifici interessant del romànic rudimentari. Consta d´una sola nau amb volta de canó, amb absis semicircular amb arcuacions i bandes llombardes i tres finestres. Unes escales condueixen al presbiteri, originant un espai superior, i unes altres davallen a la cripta. Il·luminada per tres finestres, segueix la planta de l´absis i consta de tres naus separades per columnes amb capitells.
Representa un tipus peculiar dins el conjunt de l´arquitectura catalana del segle XI per les seves proporcions, grandioses en un edifici d´una sola nau, i per la presencia de la cripta que divideix en dos l´espai interior. També s'hi alça un campanar d'època més tardana (segle XVI).
Al costat de l'església hi ha un cementiri modernista d'aire gaudinià, construït l'any 1916 sobre grans roques per Bernardí Martorell, deixeble del mateix Antoni Gaudí. L'edifici fou declarat Monument Històric Artístic l'any 1980.

Junto a la Riera de Sant Esteve en LES MARCETES, he podido pintar el Tres Salts y el conjunto de Les Tines, antiguas construcciones para albergar vino y aceite que forman parte de la historia de estos lugares tan cercanos a la ciudad de Manresa, Barcelona, Catalunya interior, con las acuarelas he pintado este paisaje tan bucólico y campestre, jornadas con luz tamizada casi en las horas del atardecer. Pintura del artista pintor Ernest Descals sobre papel de 50 x 65 centímetros, siguiendo las rutas en las que encontrar verdaderas sorpresas.

Folded from a square of tissue paper (from some clothes brand I don't remember the name. The slash dots lines we see in the arm is not a mountain symbol :D It belongs to the pattern paper) glued to 80g paper previously painted in one side with acrylics
Using the base of the Nosy Cat my dear friend Oriol Esteve made this awesome new model. So, so cool!! And again (what a luck!) I had the pleasure of testfolding the diagram.
