A handmade natural palm wax pillar candle, 3 inches in diameter and 4 1/2 inches tall. The natural palm wax pillar candle is scented with the essential oil lime, an all season favorite with its wonderful clean uplifting citrus bouquet. Essential oil extracted from the leaf, stem, bark or skin, is the very essence of the plant itself. I use a premium essential oil at 6% of the natural palm wax weight. This is the maximum amount of essential oil allowable according to the manufacturer specifications for this wax. The one-pound handmade natural palm wax pillar is a vibrant lime green in color. The feather patterns on the surface of the candle are typical for this type of natural palm wax and contrast with a silvery hue against the rich lime color.

I love this set of photos purely because put into context as part of my Thesis they really gave it depth and personality. I was the only student to do all my own photography as part of the Thesis and I think that makes mine unique. I am proud of the work I've done in the last few months and wanted to share it with my Flickr buddies.
