I am Farma.G from the highly acclaimed hip hop group TASKFORCE.. I been rapping since 1985 after being inspired by electro..beat street..STYLE WARS and the king of story telling, mr slick rick (la di da di) these things started my journey and i always try to make sure the younger heads check them out..its like school innit!..around 1988 got into graffing and practiced round my endz 4 a couple of years untill i met some real writers (mace r.c.s, masicre r.c.s, series, acrid..early radical crew) mace kinda took man under his wing until i had learnt the ropes..then i was everywhere..i used to love the central line..big up fret..then i met mc Intenz in secondary school and became his beatbox for a while until i finally plucked up the courage to rap..me,chesta,intenz and mic skilligan formed the BURY CREW..and then skinny and the mud was there and bare next heads came in..shocking, nocturnal, joe spitz, twighlight eyes..Bury crew was the illest crew ever and we set the benchmark 4 london at that time (obviously alongside MUD FAM) basically we fucked the whole thing up..so respect all bury crew!!bbbrrraaapppp..97/98..we put on a talent show called MUDLUMZ where we showcased everyone you can think of(check out the old flyer in my photos)..if you dont know you need to get to know (black twang,roots manuva,ice pick,mc D,12 stone,etc etc)so after recording with the bury crew for years me and chesta recorded new mic order with mark B in 98/99..the rest is sorta out there..This year i am taking my musical production to new levels..I make beats more than rap these days but still like to give it a go once in a while..As TASKFORCE move on into the cyber age i offer my self to the world as a 1st class producer/rapper..sometimes even a teacher and mentor..whatever,im here now..lets do this.Spread love...Farms

I remember discovering A Tribe Called Quest's "Low End Theory" album while in elementary school. A few skateboarder friends who were cooler than me in every way listened to these tunes alongside Nirvana's "Nevermind." The collaborative, give-and-take, call-and-response energies of "Scenario," in particular, moved me to memorize as many of the lyrics as I could manage. Another friend, Anthony, and I would walk home from school attempting to hand off verses like Tribe + their buddies did on that track. Thanks to MTV, MC Hammer and others, I had already been paying attention, but this is when I feel in love with Hip Hop. So here's a piece using the same color scheme from the Low End album, with maybe some of the same rhythms.

This place.. 2 years ago when i was at high skool we almost finished our school days so we decided all to skip the classes for one day just to go out and have fun, so we came here.. we played football, we were 11 guyz i was one of them so was Un9a7y my Bestie, and other people with us, i miss them so much they were almost my life ^^.

Nando’s 92 was in Bedford, a place that I knew little about, except for that I see the name up as the final destination of several trains that run through my endz. The train service seemed to be running a slightly shoddy weekend service, but with a couple of changes, we made it to Bedford for a late lunch.
The Nando’s is about a fifteen minute walk from the station, passing through the shopping areas on the way. Being a Saturday lunchtime, I was surprised and impressed to find the place not even half busy. What I was less than impressed about was the staff acting as if the place was busy. Our group of six was ignored for over a minute before a member of staff strolled over to break the bad news that there’d be a wait. All of the spare tables we could see had been reserved for a large group. Char ended up going to McDonald's next door for a burger, then ordered a cider in Nando's. More waiting commenced, once in a while a staff member asking if we were queuing to order (due to the bad placement of the waiting area). More people arrived and were also asked to wait. Different members of staff gave us different waiting estimates and eventually we were given a table number to order to, though not sit at.
The table number we were given was wrong, but this was not really an issue. What was an issue was that the entire back of the restaurant was empty. Not only that, it stayed this way for the duration of our meal. The staff were clearly operating quite a low limit to the amount of customers allowed to be seated at any given time. It was possibly due to ordering before sitting, but the food seemed to come out really quick once we did get to our table. It wasn't all that good though. My portion of chips was tiny and the chicken in my extra hot pitta was dry and chewy. Other issues included weird-looking sweet potato mash and a creamy mash that had big dry bits in it. So hard that a knife and fork wouldn't cut through them. Some of us tried the new fillet steak options, which were great and cooked to close perfection.
The restaurant has a lot of art pieces shoved in every possible gap, including quite a few things around the entrance, which I got a more than ample chance to have a good look at. There were also automatic blinds on all the windows. These kept going up and down, which was amusing enough as something to pass the time while waiting to be served, but I’d imagine it’d have gotten annoying, were we allowed a window table. Also be warned. There are two steps just behind the door to the toilets.
We didn't stay long in Bedford, but if we had, I’m sure it wouldn't have taken long to find somewhere better than their Nando’s.
