After passing through the secret door in Flynn's Arcade, visitors were zapped into the game grid and into the "End of Line" club, the nightclub set in the fantasy world of TRON: LEGACY. Swag: limited-edition posters!
Several small changes from the 1.0 recognizer. Smooth feet are the most obvious here. Also re-built the center floating piece (just below the head) using 1x1 slopes on the sides to make it a bit thinner, and rebuilt some of the supports making it stronger and better balanced.

But it looks damn good, so I'm happy. Also? Updaterated for the magical world of sad bokeh friday, where the sadneressness is optional.
This structure marks the eastermost end of the monorail line. It's where the trains are "parked" when they are out of service. The building as such will soon be gone and is about to be replaced by a modern construction.
PN is scrapping the entire fleet of 90 class locomotives that it inherited from the state govt in 2002 after purchasing Freightcorp.
Only a few 90's remain in service. Recently (August 2025) 90's were also taken off Ardglen banking duties and replaced by less powerful locos.

Ok after all your greatful and constructive criticism I decided to work on the picture once again. I took out the distracting thing in the lower back of the guy and cropped it the way sannesu suggested. Well you were right it looks better now!! What I didn't want to try was B&W and selective coloring of only the clothes, because I'm a great fan of low saturated photography. I'm curious about your opinions!!

When ever I was changing ends on my train at Williamstown, I often took a series of photos from the footbridge and or the surrounding area.
This photo is of what I believe to be an Oil Tanker, probably a local coastal vessel, I'm not sure.
This photo was taken off the pedestrian bridge at the DOWN end of Williamstown Station. The line used to go around to the left to Williamstown Pier. I remember running Blues, Reds and Silvers around there.
The Ships name starts with Z, I'm fairly sure, it shows up in another photo. 30-10-2012

Tron fans gathered near the San Diego Convention Center on Thursday night, drawn by hints from www.FlynnLives.com that there would be some sort of Tron activity that night.
At the meet up, we were given maps and a black light and told to seek out posters in a pre-determined area. There were codes on the posters that were only visible under the black light. The codes corresponded to coordinates on the map which sent you to the address on 6th Street.
Once inside Flynn's, you could play on any number of 80s era video games including Tron and a little game called Space Paranoids. After 10-15 minutes the lights started flashing and the music went off and the Tron game against the far wall slid aside to reveal an opening in the wall.

We walked down a hall with some designs for the new light cycle before coming upon the full-scale mock-up on the turntable that you see above.

A grade crossing on Citrus Way in the extreme northwest corner of the Brooksville area marks the near end of the current CSX tracks. The actual end is at a nearby private quarry where the owners maintain service tracks inside the property. The track is in nice shape, but a downturn in the economy has substantially reduced train activity here. Before the ACL-SAL merger eliminated redundant rail routes, Brooksville's SAL tracks from Tampa extended to Inverness and beyond. Courtesy Tom Pavluvcik

I accidentally deleted this shot, so replacing as I have done with a few of the earlier uploads.
This was the Wisbech Good Yard. Just beyond the building on the left the main line went left there to the East Station.
The building on the right is no more. In the far distance you can just see the Weasenham Lane crossing Gates.

The building of Black Rock Station has not always served as a station. In fact it began its life as a pump house. Only recently it has been converted into a station (because the original terminus had to be taken down due to a slight shortening of the line which was necessary to give room to some structure which protects the city of Brighton from the devastating effects of storm floods).
The "Volk's" in the name "Volk's electric railway" doesn't have anything to do with the "Volks" in "Volkswagen" but refers to the founder and previous owner of the line, Magnus Volk. It is said that the VER is the oldest electric railway (or tramway respectively) still in operation on British soil. It opened in 1883, right after the invention of electric traction, and still runs alongside the Brighton beach thus connecting Brighton's Palace Pier with the marina at Black Rock. The cars get their electric power (of 110 Volts DC) via a third rail. To prevent people from stepping on the current carrying parts the entire right of way of the line is fenced in. The gauge is 825mm or 828mm (depending on which source you trust), and the length of the line is one and a quarter mile. It is only operated between Easter and September. The system is something "in between"; it is neither a tramway (since it does not run through the streets but on separate right of way) nor is it it just a railway for children as you find them in amusement parks. And it is more than just an example of preservational railroading. In fact it seems to be all three of that at the same time.
The website of the VER is worth a look and contains plenty of information: www.volkselectricrailway.co.uk/
