Bikes mean business along the Leucadia and Encinitas 101 businesses. One hundred bikes or more can fit in four parking spots for cars. That is one hundred customers.
Encinitas, California. Using flash would have neutralized some of the glare from the chandelier bulb, but it would have reflected off the glass or worse: destroy the mood.
I had the opportunity to introduce myself to members of the Encinitas City Council and residents. What a lovely evening with a nice group of residents.

A glass mosaic put up secretly in the night. The result was a long debate because it was illegally placed, and thus subject to destruction. But almost everyone agreed that as art it was lovely and should be saved. (Most public disagreement was on grounds of religious art on public space.)
