Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Emmanuel Macron Agreed on Next Steps Toward Achieving a Real Peace.

At the Élysée Palace in Paris, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a several-hour meeting with President of France Emmanuel Macron in a tête-à-tête format.

The main focus was on negotiations to end the war and on security guarantees. The Head of State briefed President Macron on the details of yesterday’s meeting with the American side in the United States.

“Peace must become truly durable. The war must end as soon as possible. Much now depends on the involvement of every leader,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized following the meeting.

The President of Ukraine noted that talks with other leaders will also take place today.
