This DS 7 follows in the tradition of DS and SM models that have accompanied the Presidents of the Fifth French Republic. A one-of-a-kind vehicle, it was specially created for the inauguration of the 25th President and made its official debut on May 14, 2017, with Emmanuel Macron on board. It is painted Ink Blue, features an exclusive finish, including a custom-made sliding roof, signature details such as "République Française" inscriptions on its sides, and a flag holder. Its black Art Leather interior is enhanced with Toile de Laque trim, designed and crafted by Atelier Maury, a renowned Parisian gilder. Subtle and refined gold touches adorn the mirror housings and 20-inch alloy wheels.

In Budapest, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with French President Emmanuel Macron.

President Zelenskyy thanked President Macron for supporting the Victory Plan and emphasized the importance of European unity in backing Ukraine.

One of the key topics discussed was military assistance, including the training of the Ukrainian Anne of Kyiv brigade and enhancing Ukraine’s long-range capabilities.

President Zelenskyy also highlighted France’s participation in most of the coalitions within the Ramstein format.

Support for Ukraine on its path to NATO was also among the key topics of discussion. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of inviting Ukraine to join the Alliance, which is the first point of the Victory Plan.

President Mario Draghi’s term draws to a close on 31 October. German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian President Sergio Mattarella are speaking at a farewell event held in his honour this afternoon.
