Since last Sunday, when Mother died, through the trip to Atlanta, planning the funeral, doing the funeral and burial, and driving back home--I have missed some sleep. In addition, my right knee started hurting Wednesday night.
Today, I went to the Hair Clinic to get my hair fixed. I had even forgotten to call my hairdresser and tell her that I wouldn't make my appointment yesterday, Friday. When I got home from the Hair Clinic, I lay in my lounge chair and slept and slept and slept.
Praise God, my knee is feeling better.
BTW: I really do look like Daddy.

These were taken just as the front came through Monday evening. Just as I
walked back into the house to e-mail these pix, the wind started blowing
50-70 mph...the electricity went out before a drop of rain fell. From 7:30
PM until 6:30 AM, we didn't have electricity in Buhl, AL...crickets and
frogs sounded so good as I was falling asleep......

В Плесе тоже многое изменилось. Пафосный ресторан и яхт-клуб у причала. Магазин Ароматный мир :-) Почти все заметные дома на набережной обновили. Но по тропинкам около дорогущих особняков и в окружающем леске - срач неимоверный. Лексусы покупаем, а дворников нанять - заратустра не позволяет.
Открыт сезон копченых лещей :-) "Шуйского сувенира" нет :-(

I was packing boxes today, getting ready for new furniture at work. And I found this! Jess was 12 when she sent me this. Probably her first email ever!!! I sure am glad I had the presence of mind to print it out.
