Originally, I wanted to do a macro series of every Intel Pentium Processor chip that has been created, or perhaps more of a chronology of computer processing chips, but I was unable to obtain them in time for a class project I was doing this for. So, these are various parts to electronic devices such as remote controls, alarm clocks, computer keyboards, etc. I used a 60mm macro w/ an extension tube and primarily lit them from behind with a flash gun and filled in the front with on-cam flash.

My wife was given this a couple of weeks back, unfortunately the shutter has jammed after years of disuse. All the electronics are working though.
Nice clean design of a simple 35mm viewfinder camera, from Germany in 1958. Steinheil Cassar 45mm/2.8 lens - this one marked in feet, Pronto shutter (1/30-1/250+B). Has also been observed with Prontor-SVS shutter. There was also an alternative of a Rodenstock Trinar lens.

What I'm really happy about in this year is photography.
By 'coincidence' I got two of these 'Whitefaces'. I think these were made until 1976.
Not sure yet which one is going to stay at this home......will shoot some test rolls soon.

We went to a remote place in California's Mojave desert to launch a big rocket called HARP - High Altitude Rocketry Program. My son was leading a team of San Jose State University students to build and launch the rocket. Shortly before launch he is arming the sustainer (upper stage) with help from a big machine.
I processed a balanced HDR photo from a RAW exposure, and carefully adjusted color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive feedback.
