Sophie & I ran a 3-day wearable technology bootcamp using LilyPad Arduino for 11-13 year-olds at Aberystwyth for www.Technocamps.com - a project led by Swansea University in partnership with the Universities of Bangor, Aberystwyth and Glamorgan that inspires young people aged 11-19 to attend technology workshops on a range of computing-based topics.
I was commissioned to do some electronics design and build for an art installation to be installed in a gallery in Bristol. It involved building a computer interface module into a box and interfacing it to a light dimmer.

All the mess I swept together on my workbench. Pieces of hot melt glue, wire, perfboard, stripped isolation, solder dust from the desoldering pump, and even some usable components, can you spot them?
Finally got the nerve, after my soldering class, to finish putting together the kit I got sooo long ago. It was easier than I thought.

I found my old gameboy the other day. I know its mine, because it has a sticker with my name on it underneath =P. Anyway, my planned picture today involved one of my dogs (the cuter one), but he decided to go in my parents room, so yeah.

On the right on top of the larger flash is my first camera. A Kodak, I then grew up into an Olympus Trip before I inherited my father's Ricoh. My husband then gave me the little HP Photosmart. When I bought my Fuji I gave G my Photosmart, or should that be that I gave it him back!

NOS Parts from an estate sale.
Previous owner had been in HAM radio for the better part of 60 years and accumulated quite a collection of parts from the late 1950's to early 1960's.
Most are New Old Stock, with some parts being used but working.
