The mobile device market is fast-paced and ever-changing. Companies, like Sony Ericsson, face the challenge of keeping their sales force informed of new features, technologies, promotions, and products. To this end, elearning is an ideal tool. StudioE9’s web-based elearning modules served to optimize the performance of Sony Ericsson’s staff and as a quick in-store reference. The module design included animations, step by step feature overviews, sales scenarios, and certification questions. Performance and the success of specific training methodology may be tracked from a web-base learning management system. Reliance on the materials as a reference, encouraged staff to retain and deepen their knowledge of technologies and products over time.
