Spotted on the washing line.

I think the description explains it ;)

Playing with exposures

This is most of Digital Performers Effects.. most notable for it's absence is the Master works limiter.. which I actually use all the time.

DP is sorta a mixed bag for effects, and I think just looking at the graphics here.. you get something of a sense of this.. how old some of these are..

For me the most used effects are the Master Works EQ, Master Works Limiter, Trim, eVerb.. though I don't particularly like eVerb.. ProVerb, and Delay.. with the Master Works Leveler coming in sorta close

Every tear has a meaning.

This is my attempt at fake tears.

And they're not good! Especially the left eye. When I stared this 365 thing I wanted to push myself more with Photoshop. I watch Phlearn a lot (Just google Phlearn) and they had an episode of creating tears. So this is my attempt.

It's a start at trying Photoshop I suppose.

Original image was a white dahlia. This was cut out and posted onto a black backround. That was the simple part. The original NEF image was multi-copied at different exposure values and transposed into a layer stack with masks applied to lighten and darken selected areas. A green eye was added to the very centre of the flower. The purple and green colours are the result of applying LAB colour in different layers and in some cases inverting LAB colour. As for the texture effect that is provided by the oil paint filter from Pixel Bender CS5 plug-in which is a pain in the ass to install and use but in this case the result seems well worth it.

Is this a life saving antidote serum, or a deadly toxin? stay tuned!

It seems to lack the perfume of the Summertime Gorse ,but it still looks just as good.

Special Effects Wildflower, December 2004. This is what most people think of as my natural hair color. For archival purposes.

So as I have been trying out the new camera for my sister I appreciated how much better a smaller camera is for street/everyday shots & therefore have treated myself to a new baby. It does effects in the camera & here is one I did earlier whilst I was watching telly and playing with my new camera - well I am a woman we can multitask

Long exposition effects reveal some "ghosts". Anyway, It's an experiment to play with differents option in my camera.

Another storm dumped 10+ more inches - tula has had enough!

Trying out a new sfotware add-in called Perfect Effects which is on free sample download.

This is a picture taken in Grimaud which has been passed through their FauxHDR filter and then given one of their selection of borders.

Full product has much larger selection of effects, borders etc. but wanted to try it out before I splashed the cash
