I placed a torch undernesth this fallen leaf to bring out the veins and colour. A wider beamed torch might have been more effective, but I didn't have one with me!

Went to Milwaukee on Monday and came home on Tuesday. Mariana's private school wanted me to present ways I use technology in the classroom. It was fun.

My third Sabatier Effect ever. Proably should have been made with a contrast filter. Made spring 2006.

Everybody else was having fun swirling their cameras around their tree lights so I did it too. We just got our tree up today and it smells heavenly even though it looks a little unconventional. ;D

If you want to see it better, view on black please.

Used insents and a flash

It didn't take us long to figure out how cool this was after dark.

Or even, maybe, Large Lord Fauntleroy. Another "ghost" at Strawberry Hill. The figure is taken from a stained glass window there and placed in the doorway. Opacity reduced to about 70%.

Their last name is Brick and there are four of them!! Funny story though - when they bought the Jeep, the four consisted of Steve, Haviland, Mariana, and a ADHD boxer named Tapper. Got rid of Tapper and had Tierney. All is good.

On our annual family camping trip, Lailas eye. I just bought picnik pro so I messed around with the colors ALOT.

You probably should view it on black.

All the black color is coal deposited onto a sandy beach. This was washed down many miles downstream from the mines. Transport spillage may be a major contributor to this unsightly ecological problem.
