Edison's work desk is in the foreground on the left. The desk with the typewriter was also his. On the far side of the desk was a cot. Edison would occasionally stretch out on it and take a nap while the work in his office went on around him.

Found these early 1900's Edison Cylinder records while helping the in-laws clean their garage. What a cool treasure and most are well preserved. It would be fun to hear them played once again.

Just adopted him from the BARC shelter in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

He's a six month old Boston Terrier, Spaniel mix. Very playful, but totally spoiled.

The Edison and Ford Winter Estates contain a historical museum and 17 acre (6.9 hectares) botanical garden on the adjacent sites of the winter homes of Thomas Alva Edison and Henry Ford beside the Caloosahatchee River in southwestern Florida.
