As I was driving home I noticed a huge swath of poppies blooming alongside the road so I swerved over to the side of the road and jumped out. Since the DailyShoot theme is EDGE, I picked this one for the POTD but I really like the other two as well.

One of the few lasting memories of my many trips to King's Island has been the "Straightedge Line Jumper." In the always-monstrous line for the infamous ride known only as the Vortex, here stands this little sign warning us not to cut in line. And wouldn't you know it, somebody's made the jerk in the drawing into a full-fledged straightedged rude boy. This was during a time in my life when I actually fancied myself something of a straight edger, but I eventually realized I wouldn't be able to hold myself to something like that for the rest of my life and bowed out of the scene.
