For the last few days I have been trying to work on my macro photography. I have been enjoying it so far and I feel its an aspect of photography I may try to venture into more in the future. The detail my 50mm lens was able to pick out in the center of this flower brought up my spirits. The center of the flower looks as if it has a field of little flowers of its own

I took a walk through the forest behind my parents house last night. I was hoping to run into more wildlife, but the main reason was to get some wide angle landscape shots. I thought it would be cool to get a shot under the bridge and tried a few from a variety of angles. This one turned out to be my favorite because I didn't like the further back view as much as I wanted.

Another landscape from my adventures on Sunday night. I wanted to capture the same bridge from a different angle. I really liked how the forest seemed to surround the bridge, and how the moon is just a small light in the corner of the sky.
