...this cottage still looks beautiful. Until a couple of years ago, this was the home of our biology teacher and his wife. They lived here for about 5 decades. The maturity and extent of the planting reflects the care that they took.
Dunster is a small medieval village in the County of Somerset, and Exmoor National Park.

Even on dull days in November, Bamberg's Old Town seems to exude a certain charm. This shot shows Karolinenstr. (Caroline St.) and the Old City Hall with its archway on the Upper Bridge. Residents and tourists come and go on a Saturday afternoon. Cars pass through here, too, but I wanted a shot without any of them blocking the view. [P1050985_lr_2000]

Even through the mist, there is still so much color information I could get from the woods in RAW format. With a little bit enhancement of vibrancy and saturation, I see these two trees - the Evergreen Furs and the Red Hairs dancing and shooting their magic powers to each other - a magic forest! With some exploration, I decided to increase the grains and crop the originally portrait image to the landscape at screen size 16:9 so that the grains are visible - making it like a work of embroidery.
The white birds, a symbol of peace, beautifully captured here, flying in different directions like spreading a message of freedom and peace. The blue sky and the blue water adding serenity to the picture!

Even the famous poet Heinrich Heine called the Ilse Valley in the Harz mountains one of the most beautiful hiking trails and memorialized it in the song "The Princess of Ilse" in the year 1827. Those who have allready seen it can easily understand that. In countless cascades the river Ilse is gurgling and rustling through an adorable beech forest. Its a magic place. where You can connect yourself perfectly with the spirit of nature.
Bereits der berühmte Dichter Heinrich Heine bezeichnete das Ilsetal im Harz als einen der schönsten Wanderwege und setze ihm mit dem Lied "Ich bin die Prinzessin Ilse" im Jahr 1827 ein bleibendes Denkmal. Wer es einmal selbst erlebt hat, der kann dies nachvollziehen. Über unzählige kleine und große Wasserfälle plätschert und rauscht die Ilse durch einen bezaubernden Buchenwald. Es ist ein magischer Ort wo Du eine intensive Verbindung mit der Natur aufnehmen kannst.
