What a treat to have not one but two Alexander Y types on this special trip on Saturday the 2nd May to mark 40 years since GSX 121N was new.
Former Eastern Scottish Seddon Pennine VII (ESC 847S) was new to the former New Street depot in Edinburgh and enjoyed regular visitations to other Eastern Scottish depots in East Lothian. Having been owned by Lowland the bus went to Exeter in Devon before eventually returning to Edinburgh where it was repainted to its original glory.
ESC 847S is seen approaching King's Buildings, near to the City Observatory at Blackford Hill and special thanks to owner Robert Carlyle for the trip.
